Bank and payments
Bank statements imported and matched with rents, reminders when a payment is late.
Tenant portal
Each tenant follows their rents and sends requests to the landlord from their own space.
Listings
Your available homes presented on spotonloc.com, with their photos and options.

Who is behind Spot on Loc
Spot on Loc is developed and run by A Zesty Solution SRL, in La Louvière. It was born from a concrete need: managing a set of rental homes in Belgium. The first landlord has used it every day since 2026.
Spot on Loc runs on Odoo Community and modules from the OCA community, completed by our own modules.
